Anyone remember what this is?

    1. Yes! Well, almost. There are only a few ripe ones, and all but this one are hanging over the water. But they're coming!

    2. Ahhhhhh... How do you say persimmons in French?

    3. Apparently, "kaki." I guess they're not native to Europe? These are a native American species; most persimmons sold in this country are Asian varieties. I seem to be in the process of teaching myself a lot about persimmons!

    1. Ha ha--Natalie already got the answer. Were you late to class? :D (I'll still give you credit, though.)

  4. I'm even more late to class, but would you believe me if I told you I knew the correct answer, too? For partial credit, at least?

    1. Enter your answer in the form of a persimmon pudding, and I'll consider it. :)
